Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
The item must be in the same condition you received it in, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging, in order for the return to be accepted. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period Without prejudice to the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without needing justification. As in the previous case, the item must be in the same condition you received it in, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

- We will reply within a maximum of 48 hours with shipping instructions.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of defective products or error on the part of Kuatrocuero.
REFUNDS
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email. If everything is in order, the refund will be processed within 7 business days, using the same payment method. Original shipping costs will not be refunded, except in the case of shipping errors or defective products.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS OR INCORRECT SHIPMENTS
If the product has a defect or an incorrect item has been sent, you must report it within a maximum of 48 hours after receiving the order. Kuatro Tradición. Hoy will cover the return and replacement costs.
