KUATRO Return Policy

At KUATRO we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, here's how to proceed.

Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from receiving your order to request a return. European Union customers also have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU regulations.

Product Conditions

To accept a return, the item must:

  • Be in perfect condition, unused and undamaged
  • Keep all original tags
  • Be packaged in its original packaging
  • Have a minimum value of €30

How to Request a Return?

  1. Send us an email through our Contact page including your order number and the reason for the return
  2. We will reply within 24-48 hours with the shipping instructions
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the refund within 5-10 business days

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of a defective product or order error.

Refunds

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase. The original shipping fee is not refundable.

Sale Items

Items purchased with a discount can also be returned within the established time frame.
